Velez College's Dancefest

Teen spirits perk up their PE finals as eight freshmen groups coming from Velez College of Paramedical and Rehabilitative sciences vie for the plum prize during their "Dancefest", a showcase of dance prowess last March 23 at the Velez Gymnasium, where students from BS Nursing 1E topped the contest followed by students from Physical/Occupational Therapy- BS Biology, Medical Technology 1A and BSN 1D, respectively.

Under the supervisory of PE professor Mrs. Brigette Lao, the students showcased modern pop and ballroom dances in costume. "This culminating event does not only showcase dance talents of students but also exposes them to an ambiance of friendship, unity and camaraderie", she reiterated. Kudos to the winners!
