Too graduated with an MBA from the Harvard Business School in the U.S.A. she embarked on a corporate career and became the first woman in Asia to be appointed CEO of a bank.

Lillian Too is also the world's number one selling writer on feng shui. She has authored over 50 bestselling books on the subject, which have been translated into 28 languages.

Master Charlie Chao took up metallurgy and mathematics at the Mapua Institute of Technology and Feati University in Manila. He wrote a weekly column in the Manila Standard newspaper and is now a contributing writer for the Metro Society magazine. He is the author of the Madarin Oriental's annual Feng Shui book since 2001 up to the present. Mr. Chau also designed and produced a small English and Chinese version of the Feng Shui I-Ching compass complete with an instruction manual on the basic knowledge of lucky directions.
