Lea set to captivate Cebu

Fresh from her Carnegie Hall debut last November 7, Lea Salonga, the multi-awarded singer, actress and recording artist, is set to captivate Cebu with her first concert appearance in the Queen City of the South. Music loving Cebuanos will be treated to a world-class concert with one of the greatest musical theater voices at the prestigious Pacific Grand Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel on Friday Dec. 9, 2005.

The one-night-only concert promises to be an incredibly magical evening of immortal Broadway tunes, classic standards, some jazz pieces and timeless Filipino songs perfomed by what one critic called "... a flawless voice that soars!". A full thirty piece orchestra from Manila will be conducted by Gerard Salonga who is also the musical director of LEA LIVE IN CEBU (A CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION).
