CEBU, Philippines —  Multi-awarded television host Robi Domingo officially renewed his contract with Star Magic during the “KapamILYa Forever: Here To Stay” contract signing, marking his 17th year with ABS-CBN on Thursday (August 21).

“I stay here at ABS-CBN because I feel at home whenever I’m here,” said Robi.

Present at the contract signing were ABS-CBN chairman Mark Lopez, president and CEO Carlo Katigbak, COO Cory Vidanes, group CFO Rick Tan, entertainment production and Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi, and Star Magic manager Deejaye Dela Paz.

Robi first captured the hearts of Filipinos as the second big placer of “Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus” in 2008. Today, he stands as one of the most trusted and sought-after hosts in Philippine television.

“When we take on shows, when we deliver spiels, and when we do events, it’s not really for the payslip or for the glory, but for elevating the standards for the Filipino people,” said Robi, underscoring his dedication to his craft.

Robi is also set to return as host of “PBB Collab” Season 2, one of the biggest joint projects of ABS-CBN and GMA to premiere before the year ends.

“I’m so surprised and that’s in a good way. I’m just so happy for both media channels, GMA and ABS-CBN, to have this big collaboration. Exciting!” he shared.

Aside from this, viewers can catch him every week on “ASAP” and the new season of “Idol Kids Philippines” airing Saturdays and Sundays.
