'Passion from Taiwan' goodwill mission goes to Cebu
The Cebu Eastern College (CEC), in partnership with the Cebu Cultural and Economic Exchange Center, Cebu Dynamic Youth, and Taiwan Association in Cebu present the Cebu leg of the Republic of China 2024 Lunar New Year Goodwill Mission Asia Tour this weekend.
Billed "Passion from Taiwan", this one-of-a-kind goodwill mission that takes place only once every two years is slated today, February 24, at the Cebu Coliseum.
The lively show features globally acclaimed Taiwanese artists who are out to put on a dazzling and highly entertaining performance spotlighting their storied past and rich traditional culture.
The free show for Easternians and their families (on a first come, first served basis) will start at 7 p.m. Gates will open by 5 p.m.
Aside from Cebu, this band of renowned performers will also have stops in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, Selangor, Kota Kinabalu and Malacca in Malaysia, Ho Chi Minh City and Tinh Bing Duong in Vietnam, and Bangkok, Thailand.
