Pomeranz to perform at Marie Ernestine’s alumni homecoming
CEBU, Philippines – American singer-songwriter David Pomeranz will weave his musical magic in Cebu one more time.
The 64-year-old King of Ballad known for his classic hits “Born for You,” “Got to Believe in Magic” and “King and Queen of Hearts,” is set to perform during Marie Ernestine School’s Grand Alumni Homecoming on December 19 at the Mediterranean Ballroom of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Organized by the Marie Ernestine School Alumni Association, together with Pomeranz’s manager for the Philippines, Bobot Ramos and in cooperation with Livehouse Productions, the event is part of the school’s three-day celebration of their 40th year or Ruby Anniversary.
Joining Pomeranz in serenading the audience are Marie Ernestine alumni including TV5’s “Kanta Pilipinas” grand winner Chadleen Lacdo-o, “The Voice Kids” finalist Akisha Sianson and former VIVA talent Joana Branzuela.
Aside from the Marie Ernestine affair, the balladeer will also perform in Carcar City on December 13. Pomeranz will also make stops in Compostela, Toledo City, Bacolod and Kabankalan City in Negros Occidental.
It has not yet been finalized if the December 19 show will be open to the public. For now, tickets are being disseminated just among Marie Ernestine School students and alumni who can bring along friends to enjoy a night of music, magic and love.
