‘Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles’ stars in Cebu today

CEBU, Philippines – The Queen City of the South is set to meet the lead stars of “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles” up close as GMA-7 Primetime King Dingdong Dantes, together with leading lady Isabelle Daza, visit Lapu-Lapu City today.

Dingdong joyfully looks forward to being reunited with his fans in Cebu and promoting the sequel of the theater hit “Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles” by director Erik Matti. “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles” is part of this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) that will run from December 25 to January 8, 2015.

“It has been a while since I last visited the beautiful province of Cebu. I feel extremely excited that I will be able to once again spend a good moment with the Cebuanos. Both Isabelle and I are happy to share with them updates on our latest MMFF movie,” shares Dingdong.

Dingdong and Isabelle banner a promo tour at Gaisano Island Mall Mactan starting at 4 p.m. Joining them as event host is GMA Central and Eastern Visayas’ Yuri Deldig.

In cooperation with GMA Films, “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles” is produced by Reality Entertainment and Agosto Dos. It also stars Julie Anne San Jose, Abra, Joey Marquez, Lotlot de Leon, Mona Louise Rey, Alonzo Muhlach, KC Montero, Elizabeth Oropeza, Jasmine Hodges, Ramon Bautista, Bogart the Explorer, Jun Sabayton, and Hanna Ledesma.
