Jiggy Manicad’s love story in ‘Wagas’ this Saturday

CEBU, Philippines - Multi-awarded broadcast journalist Jiggy Manicad and his wife, “Dance of the Steel Bars” director Marnie Manicad share their inspiring love story on GMA News TV’s “Wagas” this Saturday, Nov. 9.

Jiggy and Marnie’s unexpected romance blossomed in the newsroom. Marnie, then a new hire at the news department, admits to admiring fast-rising TV reporter Jiggy even before she started working for GMA News. She felt elated to work with him. He felt the same and started to notice her “standout beauty” at the workplace.

From colleagues, Jiggy and Marnie developed a friendship like no other.
