Tubag! With Leo Lastimosa

CEBU, Philippines - ABS-CBN Cebu, an advocate of social awareness and of elevating platforms for people from all walks of life to be equally heard, will dish out a new program that will probe controversies and help make people shape their opinion and carve principles. The program will give the Filipino people a sweet taste of freedom of information and their right to be visible in societal colloquy.

With the current and disturbing issues concerning politics, youth, environment, households, and life in general, ABS-CBN Cebu is taking a big and significant leap to find practical and rightful answers to matters affecting human life.

TUBAG, a weekly 20-minute show hosted by TV Patrol Central Visayas and DYAB 1512 Anchor Leo Lastimosa will expose issues that the general public commonly asks and to give specific government offices and other concerned organizations the avenue to directly answer the queries.

TUBAG’S main goal is to serve as a strong bridge for ordinary people and those in authority to meet halfway in bringing out appropriate solutions to dilemmas that should have long been solved and unravelled.

TUBAG will officially launch its pilot episode on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 7 am. The episode will highlight the issue on red plate abuses among government officials and how are the rightful authorities taking actions on this prevalent and evident plight.
