Tonight, savor the Molto Italiano dinner buffet – authentic Italian cuisine prepared with a modern flair and classic favorites whilst serenaded by the music of Silvard.

On Friday, July 6, 2012, enjoy a musical celebration of the ocean as Silvard expresses his deep passion and inspiration with original compositions from his album, Touched by the Sea while you indulge in the freshest catch of the day at the Friday Night Seafood Buffet at the Garden Café.

An international concert pianist and marine biologist by profession, Silvard’s music is inspired by his passion for the ocean and his love for traveling. He has the unique ability and technique to perform on the concert stage - pieces that he has never played before. He refers to these compositions that he makes up on the spot as “Freeflow” compositions.

Silvard has Freeflowed these impromptu pieces during live television broadcasts and on the concert stage, but also in the recording studio so as to be able to record these one-time-only compositions. The two resulting Freeflow CDs, Postcard from Cape Cod and Touched by the Sea, respectively reached #6 and #1 on the national radio playlists across the United States of America.

His music has also been tagged as “healing music” for uplifting the current mood and emotions of those who hear it.
