Nikki Gil and Billy Crawford at Shopwise

MANILA, Philippines - Real-life sweethearts Nikki Gil and Billy Crawford were guest entertainers during the February 16 sneak preview of Shopwise's first branch in the Queen City of the South, located along N. Bacalso Avenue, Basak San Nicolas.

This Cebu hypermarket branch is ShopwiseÆs second venture outside Manila, its first outside the National Capital Region, and its 10th branch to date. Owned and operated by RustanÆs Supercenters, ShopwiseÆs grand launch is scheduled this March 2.

While Nikki regaled the crowd with her rendition of ABS-CBNÆs teleserye theme songs and pop hits such as Jennifer LopezÆs On the Floor and Katy PerryÆs Firework, Billy showcased his signature dance moves and RnB tunes.

The couple of four years had to immediately fly out after their individual performances, but we gathered some career updates from their talent manager Arnold Vegafria who stayed behind to further enjoy ShopwiseÆs uncluttered interiors and spacious ambiance.

Nikki, whoÆs currently cast in her first kontrabida role in ABS-CBNÆs daytime drama Mundo Man ay Magunaw, is set to sit as juror for an upcoming reality show for kids. The singer/host/actress is also still regularly seen on ASAP and MYX.

It's Showtime! host Billy, on one hand, is doing a movie under Viva Films and scheduled for a Europe comeback this April until July to release his latest European record. The Fil-Am international chart-topping artist will return to the Philippines in time for the next season of Pilipinas Got Talent, which he co-hosts with Luis Manzano.
