Hello, Cebu!: J Centre Brings Back Cebuano Talents Chad Borja, Eva Santos

CEBU, Philippines - J Centre Mall brings back two of Cebu’s most sought after entertainers from the 80’s, Mr. Chad Borja and Ms. Eva Santos this January 08, 2012 at 5:00 pm. Watch as they perform live their rendition of hit songs from the 80’s and 90’s.

An artist with humble beginnings, Chad Borja did several gigs in bars around Cebu along with a band and soon became a hit. Offers to record his own album followed and soon, he catapulted into the national music scene.

His melodious voice is perfect fit for ballads, making him one of the country’s well-known balladeers even today. He will serenade the audiences with his number one hit single, "Ikaw Lang" and surely they will remember the magic that is Chad Borja.

Performing along with Chad Borja is another Cebuano artist and performer, Ms. Eva Santos. A multi-awarded singer and composer, Ms. Eva Santos has been a solo artist for years and has been invited to sing in several important events, such as the ASEAN SUMMIT Gala Night.

She also portrayed the lead character, "Lili" for the Broadway musical classic "The Carnival". Among her awards, she was chosen as "Valuable Filipino in the Field of Singing" last 1998. Ms. Eva Santos’ song, "Love is the Answer" reached #1 in the Philippines and Asia music charts and #58 in the world when she released her album.
