Jackie Rice diversifies her star power in Sisid

CEBU, Philippines - Fresh-faced Kapuso star Jackie Rice has indeed established herself as one of the hottest young properties in the local entertainment scene with the success of her afternoon series, SISID, on GMA’s Dramarama sa Hapon block.

With the steep rise of her popularity, Jackie has diversified her star power after pulling off a compelling portrayal of her character as Eden, the woman pearl diver who struggles for her family and gets trapped in a maze of forbidden love.

She is definitely up to the challenge as the drama intensifies with plot twists and new revelations in the coming weeks of the program.

As both Eden (Jackie) and Sig (Dominic Rocco) try to cope with the struggles on their married life, his parents once again connive to make their lives complicated. Will Alona (Alicia Meyer) and Segismundo’s (Bembol Rocco) plan cause a great strife in the young couple’s relationship?

Meanwhile, Ahmed (JC Tiuseco) heads off to Manila to find Eden. He persuades Alicia (Angelu de Leon) to come with him and makes peace with her daughter. Will this reunion further ignite the tension between the two or lead to their eventual reconciliation?
