Fans, stars, Hollywood say farewell to Harry Potter

CEBU, Philippines - Well, this is it, the end of an era. The Harry Potter film franchise came to a close last night as the final movie in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, held its world premiere in London's Trafalgar Square.

All the principal cast members came to say goodbye to thousands of screaming fans from around the world who had gathered for the last ever Harry Potter premiere after a decade of films.

The franchise's three main stars were in attendance, of course, with Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint all walking the red carpet – even shedding a tear as author J. K. Rowling addressed the crowd during an emotional speech.
