Maria Ressa is RP'S sexiest, says esquire mag

CEBU, Philippines - Men’s magazine Esquire, through its online arm, has declared Maria Ressa, the outgoing chief of ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs, as the sexiest woman alive in the Philippines. “Despite her size, (she is) fearless enough to write an eyewitness account of Al-Qaeda,” the magazine said.

Esquire selected the sexiest woman alive for every country (a total of 195) in the world, explaining the process as, “In a fit of ambitious curiosity and anti-jingoism, we sought out a Woman We Love... in every country on the planet. Not necessarily the sexiest, but still — a resource.”

With the help of Esquire’s 17 international editions, the website came up with 195 women including “Presidents, human rights activists, models with legitimate hearts of gold and this one incredible actress from India (Aishwarya Rai).”

Esquire said, “Our list is highly subjective and far from scientific feel free to find your country and suggest alternatives.” (THE FREEMAN)
