"Agua Bendita" cast at SM City Cebu today

CEBU, Philippines - The cast of ABS-CBN's "Agua Bendita" will meet and greet their Cebuano fans today as their way of thanking them for making the fantasy-adventure TV series as the no. 1 in primetime television.

The story of Agua Bendita revolves around twins Agua and Bendita Cristi, the daughters of merchants Dr. Marcial and Mercedes Cristi. Despite being identical, Agua peculiarly appears as a fluid-like person, which is why Bendita and their grandmother Doña Amalia begin despising her. However, Agua shows love to all her loved ones, in spite of her physique and the ill-feelings of others.

Bendita, on the other hand, was spoiled rotten by Doña Amalia and has become a brat. In Bendita's eyes, Agua's love is just an act to steal her position as the favorite child of her parents, causing her extreme jealousy towards her twin sister.

As the well-loved TV series comes to an end, meet up close and personal the cast members Andi Eigenmann known as Agua/Bendita, Matteo Guidicelli as Ronnie Aguirre, and Jason Abalos as Paco Barrameda today, August 28, 2010, at the covered parking / old v-hire terminal of SM City Cebu starting at 4pm.

"Agua Bendita" was launched as one of the ABS-CBN's offerings for the "60th Celebration of the Filipino Soap Opera."
