Veteran homicide detective and founder of the NYPD’s cold case squad, Ed Norris has spent his whole life solving horrific crimes but solving this cold case will prove to be his toughest yet. Norris starts out his investigation by casting a fresh perspective on the heinous murder of English immigrant and sex worker, Carrie Brown, in New York on April 23, 1891.
