Si Chuan Modern Puppet Show at SM City Cebu

CEBU, Philippines - This month of February, the China Overseas Exchange Association and the Cebu Filipino-Chinese United Community is presenting to Cebuanos the world-renowned Si Chuan Modern Puppet Show. This will be held on February 23, 24 and 25, 2010 at the Cinema 1 of the SM City Cebu. The show will start at 7pm.

The Si Chuan Modern Puppet Show is one of the most entertaining and interesting shows of the Si Chuan Opera, which originated from the Si Chuan Province in the southwestern part of China. Si Chuan is also known for the fiery and flavorful cuisine.

The show has been continuously carried on for generations with a 300-year-old rich cultural history.
