CEBU, Philippines - The magic of true love brought about by GMA Telebabad’s Stairway to Heaven becomes all the more palpable when Dingdong Dantes (Cholo) and Rhian Ramos (Jodi) themselves troop to Cebu this Saturday, September 26, to join their fans for a truly unforgettable day of fun and entertainment.
The said stars of the heart-tugging Pinoy adaptation of Stairway To Heaven lead the line-up of Kapuso Kalingawan: The GMA Telebabad Mall Show featuring Stairway to Heaven and will also take part in the Kapuso Outreach Program.
Dingdong and Rhian will be joined by Glaiza de Castro and TJ Trinidad—who play the roles of Jodi’s step siblings Eunice and Tristan, respectively.
First stop for Dingdong, Rhian, Glaiza, and TJ will be in Brgy.Cogon, Pardo, Cebu City wherein they will distribute GMA school bags and supplies to 200 pre-determined kid-beneficiaries, aged 6-12 years old.
The Kapuso Outreach Program of GMA Network is part of the Kapuso Volunteerism project in the regions and in which Kapuso Stars have been actively taking part of.
After the outreach program, Kapuso Kalingawan will start at 1 this afternoon at the Entertainment Plaza of SM City Cebu with a program screening of Stairway To Heaven. The screening serves as a very nice treat to all those who missed some parts of the series and would like to catch up on Cholo and Jodi’s love story. On-ground games will follow at 4 p.m., with local Kapuso celebrities Yurri and Anna Maris Igpit facilitating the activities. Premium and limited edition merchandise are up for grabs for all those who will participate in the games.
The GMA Telebabad Mall Show featuring the Stairway To Heaven cast will unfold at 5 p.m.
