Property developer eyeing new ventures

CEBU, Philippines — Oakridge Realty Development Corporation (ORDC), the developer of Oakridge Business Park, announced to venture into residential, warehousing and distribution projects.

ORDC chief executive officer Edmun H. Liu said the promising outlook of Cebu’s real estate industry inspired the company to utilize its sizeable land bank within Cebu as well as outside the province.

In fact, the company recently acquired a property in Luzon.

“We have been given a wealth of resources—landbank and experience," said Liu.

Aside from commercial development such as the Oakridge Business Park, which recently launched its 3rd IT Center Building, the company is also interested to venture into warehousing, distribution and residential projects.

“We go where we feel we can add value to Filipinos,” he added.

ORDC recently launched its third IT Center building to its ever-growing commercial property inventory.
