Developer capitalizes on Cebu’s rapid growth

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu has the best of everything. The Grand Tower condo-hotel will be managed by Dusit International and will carry the 4-star brand Dusit Princess.

Middle-income, horizontal housing projects all over Metro Cebu are also part of Grand Land’s portfolio – City Homes Mandaue, City Homes Mactan, City Homes Minglanilla and City Homes Premiere Mandaue.  It has also an economic and socialized housing, the 4-storey Anaha walk-up condominium in Mactan. Grand Land has reached as far as Mindanao and is now part of the real estate landscape of Davao City.
