Indonesian expert to talk about essence of values
CEBU, Philippines - An expert from Indonesia will expound on the essence of vision, values, and vitality (3-V) to students, teachers, businessmen, and rotary leaders in a talk on Feb. 10 at the audio-visual room of St. Theresa’s College (STC).
Guided by these three elements, Dr. Petrina Faustine, SE. MM. MSc. will share her expertise with STC business and accountancy students on international marketing and family business in the morning.
In the afternoon, she will talk about family business and entrepreneurship to members of the academe, business chambers, and rotary clubs.
Faustine is currently vice director of Johann Bali Property. She has received numerous grants and awards for her research papers related to international marketing and business.
One of her latest feats is her presentation at the International Conference on Entrepreneurship 2014 in Davao, which was organized by the Entrepreneurship Educators’ Association of the Philippines, an organization of educators handling entrepreneurship subjects.
STC believes that with her extensive experience and knowledge as a lecturer, entrepreneur, and education, she can share trends and practices on entrepreneurship.
Her 3-V talk is part of STC’s 80th year celebration with the 3-Vs as the theme that encapsulates the institution’s 80 years of empowering and transforming their students into valuable citizens of society.
Following its 80th foundation day last June 20, 2013, STC initiated a series of activities as part of a year-long celebration.
The same 3-Vs are also the cornerstones of a Theresian education.
Those interested to attend the 3-Vs talk are advised to contact Jean Cortes at 256-3165. (FREEMAN)
