Johndorf introduces new subdivision in Mactan
CEBU, Philippines - Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC) is set to develop a new subdivision south of Mactan Island that company officials believe will create "A New Wave in Asian Living."
The project will be named "Astana," a name akin to the new capital of Kazakhstan, a west Asian nation that has been progressive since after it gained independence from the former Soviet Union in the 90's.
Astana will be a 3-hectare project located in Barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City near Hanniyah Homes, a recently completed project of JVC subsidiary Prohomes Development, Inc.
Astana comes as JVC completes two subdivisions also in Mactan -- Portville Mactan at the northern end of the island, and Hanniyah Homes under Prohomes and located adjacent to Astana.
JVC also completed last year the 10-storey condominium 148 Residences in downtown Cebu City.
Johndorf has been developing subdivisions for over 25 years, building better communities in northern Mindanao, plus eight villages in Cebu under Prohomes before its full acquisition from a joint venture.
The next project in Cebu will feature reasonably-priced townhouses, according to Michele D. Chiu, JVC sales and marketing manager.
"Astana is designed to respond to the homeowners’ aspirations and evolving needs in a metropolis as Metro Cebu," she quips.
"Urban achievers deserve a refreshing suburban community that reflects their desire for, and is relevant in, a modern tranquil contemporary Asian living," she added
A master-planned residential community, Chiu said Astana is meant for value-driven, vibrant and dynamic homeowners, who want to live in communities close to both the city and leisure of the sea.
"You can be confident your hard-earned money will bring you the best home and carry out a wise investment that will give you sound returns in time,' she pointed out. (FREEMAN)
