1,231 pass PSHS exam

CEBU, Philippines - Of the 22,661 applicants of this year’s search for Philippine Science High School System (PSHSS) Scholars, only 1,231 successfully qualified the National Competitive Examination (NCE) administered last October 2013 throughout the system’s 13 campuses nationwide.

Ninety of these successful examinees are eligible for the Central Visayas Campus.

The qualifiers have to immediately contact the Registrar or the Campus Director of the PSHS Campus where they are qualified to enroll in. For PSHS Central Visayas Campus (PSHS-CVisC), one may call tel. nos. (032) 513-0957 or 513-0962.

Pre-enrollment is only until February 7. Failure of any of these 90 qualifiers to pre-enroll will give alternate qualifiers the chance to pursue secondary education in PSHS-CVisC.  Said alternate qualifiers will be released by the system after the given deadline of pre-enrollment for principal qualifiers.  Number of said alternate qualifiers depends on the number of those who fails to pre-enroll.
