Shopwise opens first branch in Mindanao

CEBU, Philippines - Shopwise, the highly successful brand that pioneered the hypermarket concept in the Philippines, recently opened its first store in Mindanao at the 2nd Level of the East Annex Building, Limketkai Mall, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.

Its 12th branch nationwide, Shopwise in CDO offers customers more than 5,000 sq. meters of everyday great deals, big savings and value on a wide selection of fresh goods and produce, groceries, fashion items, health and beauty products, school supplies, toys, gadgets, home accessories, electronics, appliances and more, all under one roof.

Rustan Supercenters, Inc., President Bienvenido “Donnie” V. Tantoco led the formal unveiling of the store, along with Cagayan de Oro Mayor Oscar “Oca” Moreno, Miss CDO 2013 Amadea Piatti, Limketkai President Alfonso Lim, Limketkai Vice President Albino Limketkai, Shopwise Vice President Kerwin Legarde, and celebrities Jay-R, Kris Lawrence and Nikki Gil.

President, Donnie Tantoco in his welcome speech. “We are fortunate to be a part of this very progressive city. Our opening here will help provide jobs to the local residents and definitely help boost the economy of Cagayan de Oro,” he added.
