MBM in full swing!

Mandaue Business Month (MBM) 2013 kicks off with its theme, Engaging Change: Be Fit, Be Connected, Be Ahead.

This year’s logo carries with it the emblem of a phoenix, that signifies the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (MCCI) desire to rise above the tide and meet change prepared. 

Engaging change is a call for awareness, and careful preparation for the upcoming challenges that shall beset business with the changes in the economy, the global market, the millennial mindset of upcoming leaders, and the ravages brought about by the climate fluctuations, and its results.

It is a cry for fitness, both for the business and for the leaders to tool themselves to meet the expected pressures of adjustments brought about by a fast development spurred by the accessibility of technology and information.

Connectivity is a must.  And those of us who refuse to go with the ever demanding presence either physically or cyber-technically, have to adapt to this and upgrade ourselves or forever be archaic.

The Business Summit will be held at the Cebu International Convention Center on August 16, 2013.
