Starbayad to operate VECO’s Liloan, Consolacion collection offices

CEBU, Philippines - Visayan Electric Company’s (VECO) Liloan and Consolacion collection centers will be operated by Starbayad Center starting on April 22 and 29, respectively.

VECO Billing and Collections Manager Sandro Aboitiz assures the public that “The payment procedures will be the same for our customers except that they will now receive official receipts from Starbayad.” Payments are credited at the end of the same day.

Mr. Aboitiz also emphasized that there are no additional charges for payments made to Starbayad.

Starbayad business hours are  7:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday.  VECO’s full service centers in SM and Talisay continue to accept payments from customers.

Other Starbayad Centers accepting VECO payments are located in the City of Naga and the municipalities of Minglanilla and San Fernando.

VECO is making this move in order to serve more customers.  More personnel can now attend to customer needs in their full service centers in SM and Talisay. (FREEMAN)
