Worldwide Central Properties hosts economic forum
CEBU, Philippines - Worldwide Central Properties hosted recently an economic briefing to a jampacked audience of buyers, brokers and investors at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel.
Prof. Enrique “Eric†Soriano, Chair of the Marketing Cluster and Program Director for Real Estate at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business shared his more than 26 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, taking into account all economic forces fuelling the growth of the industry.
Cebu, being at the forefront of infrastructure and real estate development outside of NCR, Soriano emphasized that there is no “real estate bubble†in Cebu since there is a present supply of 7,000 units for completion up to 2015 and a steadily growing demand continues. Growth in the industry remains promising and largely sustainable. Soriano also pointed out that in the next few years, Cebu and the neighboring provinces should expect more national real estate developments to surface since the market remains largely untapped.
The Economic Forum was a first for Worldwide Central Properties Inc’s advocacy to create a venue for Cebuanos where discussions can be facilitated between buyers and prospective investors to create well-informed choices and make financially sound business decisions.
Segueing into the forum was a presentation on Worldwide Central Properties Inc’s latest development, Sundance Residences, located on the hills of Banawa, Cebu City.
In light of the well-received response, Sundance Residences aims to be a cut above the rest with distinct features celebrating the strength of close family ties, ensuring that everything is within reach so that families spend more time for work and play.
Worldwide Central Properties Inc. belongs to the Worldwide Steel Group of companies, which includes reputable home-grown brands such as Worldwide Steel and Worldwide Home Depot in its circle, translating into cost-savings for the development and better value for money for the consumer.
