Wilcon Depot opens second outlet in Cebu
CEBU, Philippines - With the strong market demand from the real estate and construction industries, Manila-based building materials provider Wilcon Depot opened its second outlet in Cebu last March 8.
Wilcon Mandaue is the company’s 29th operational outlet to date and the second branch in Cebu.
The new outlet has a capacity area of over 5,000 square meters and is strategically located at UN Avenue, Barangay Umapad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
The first Wilcon store in Cebu was opened last year at Lot 2359, Lawaan II, Talisay City.
The newly-opened store houses a wide variety of homebuilding and beautifying must-haves such as tiles, sanitary wares, tools, hardware, plumbing, electrical wares, building materials, housewares, furniture, appliances and automotive products that are all arranged in an orderly and categorized manner.
The air-conditioned shop also has other value-added services which include the Loyalty Program, Design Hub, ample parking spaces and a special kids' corner.
Wilcon public relations officer Dheza Ramos said in an interview that the company continues to commit itself to serve as a one-stop shop of house and building requirements by putting branches at different provinces and cities in the country.
She added that Wilcon, aware of how fast the demand changes, makes sure to update its current selection of products.
She also assured that Cebuanos can get a hassle-free shopping experience in Wilcon Mandaue with its clutter-free environment, comfortable ambiance and over 100 hardworking and product-oriented employees to serve them.
She further revealed that Wilcon will soon open more branches in Kawit, Cavite and Valenzuela City as part of the continuous expansion of the company in strategic cities and provinces in the country.
Wilcon Kawit would be the second outlet in the province while the Valenzuela branch is the first depot store in the city.
Since the company’s inception in 1977, it has been Wilcon’s aim to be of service to more Filipinos nationwide with homebuilders, industry professionals, hobbyists and do-it-yourself enthusiasts as its targeted market.
