BICC Cebu to hold an economic briefing

CEBU, Philippines - The Bosconian International Chamber of Commerce Cebu Chapter [BICC Cebu], in partnership with the Standard Chartered Bank and the City Suites Ramos Tower, will hold An Economic Briefing on Monday, 18 February 2013, at the City Suites Ramos Tower located at F Ramos Street.

The Economic Briefing will be conducted by Mr. Harold Brian Loseo Tan, a critical resource person selected by Standard Chartered Bank amongst seasoned officers in Malaysia and Singapore to be a core member of the premium currency investment launch in the Philippines. 

Mr. Tan has been working in the banking industry for over 9 years, of which 5 years has been with Standard Chartered Bank taking on various roles.  He was relocated to the Philippines in 2010 to take full responsibility of the growing premium currency investment for the country as well as developing the advisory team and the Country Advisory Council for Standard Chartered Bank Philippines.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Tan was formerly affiliated with Gartner Australia, a leading US IT research firm; Citibank Malaysia; and OCBC Bank Singapore.  Mr. Tan holds a degree on business studies and finance from the SBU of London UK, a degree on business finance from Insearch of the University of Technology in Sydney Australia, and a triple major honors graduate in statistical marketing, advertising and public relations from the same the university.
