Grand Land Inc. to start City Homes construction

CEBU, Philippines -  Fresh from the success of its first residential property development, Grand Residences,  Grand Land Inc. now focuses on building its middle-income horizontal housing projects around Metro Cebu.

Grand Land, the residential property development arm of the Gaisano Grand Group, will commence work on its three subdivision projects called City Homes which will provide a total of 289 home units in three different areas in Metro Cebu.

The group is spending over P400 million for the three City Homes subdivisions  in Mactan Island, Mandaue City and Minglanilla.

Grand Land president Ryan Go announced yesterday in a press conference that the projects will be built simultaneously and will be delivered to owners in the next two years.

The subdivisions are all targeted to the middle-income market with  house prices  ranging from P1.9 million to P2.7 million.

City Homes Mactan, which will be built in Barangay Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, will provide a total of 105 townhouse designed units.

The Mandaue City Homes, which is now 30 percent sold, will have   75 cluster townhouse units pegged between P2.2 million to P2.7 million.

City Homes Minglanilla, the largest of the three subdivisions,  will be built on a three-hectare property and will have 112 single detached  units.

Go revealed that the company is  looking at expanding its operations in Cebu by putting up more residential projects, and entering Davao through another condominium project.

Grand Land  launched its flagship project the Grand Residences in Banilad, Cebu City and had its formal ground breaking ceremony yesterday.
