Apple One to build P2B residential enclave
CEBU, Philippines - Apple One Properties Inc. will soon begin the construction of its second project — a P2 billion residential enclave in a 2.8 hectare property in Banawa targeted to the mid-range market looking for alternative gated-subdivision within the city.
The new project, which aims to provide the market a sophisticated option to condominium living in Cebu, has three residential units to choose from: The Towers, The Villas, and The Masionette.
In an interview, Apple One Properties executive vice president Yvet V. Andales said that the company aims to revolutionize the living experience of Cebuanos, through a first-of-its-kind development in Cebu.
She said the development is inspired by the western “private cluster” concept which is composed of stand-alone buildings grouped together, with separate entrances and porches.
The project called Apple One Banawa Heights will provide a total of 1,311 residential units spread in the three residential concepts.
The Victorian-inspired residential enclave is set to start construction by early next year, and the first batch of 570 units will be constructed, Andales said.
The company will build a total of 292 condominium units for the Tower style, and 48 units for the Masionette, and more than 200 units or the Villas.
Realizing the mid-range market’s need for decent living that’s different from the usual building-type condominium, Andales said the company has decided to develop a gated residential enclave which will give residents utmost privacy.
She said the development will also employ the “key-less Access Control” security system to ensure security among residents.
Although it’s a sophisticated and quality development, Andales said Apple One Properties will offer the units to Pag-ibig members, with condominium units price ranging from P1.3 million to P4.2 million.
The entire development is projected to complete in five years, Andales said.
The first batch of units will be delivered to owners in 24 months, after the company will start the construction in January of 2013.
The company led by Cebu-based Ven Ray Construction which is part-owner of several real estate properties in Cebu including Diamond Suites, Apple Tree Suites, and BoardWalk City Residences at the North Reclamation Area, is planning to invest in more projects soon, as land acquisition proposals, and other negotiations are currently ongoing.
