Gaisano Grand to launch residential condo project

CEBU, Philippines - Gaisano Grand Group, the operator of Gaisano Grand chain of department stores, has intensified its entry to the profitable real estate sector, following its announcement to launch a modern urban condominium village project.

The group’s real estate arm, Grand Land Inc., will construct what is described as the first stylish and modern urban residential condo village located at the heart of the Cebu City district in the Mabolo area.

The project will be situated in a 3.2 hectare property that crosses all the way from Gov. M. Cuenco St., in Banilad to President Roxas street in Mabolo.

Benito Sy Gaisano, the group’s founder said in a statement, that the residential project is another breakthrough in the condominium choices in Cebu, as it will present a unique living style with an advantage of center location, which is near the major business districts in Cebu, the Cebu Business Park, and Cebu IT Park.   

He said it is a prime location that will offer a sanctuary to people with a cosmopolitan lifestyle, yet having the urban convenience in city living.

The project called Grand Residences, will be presented in the concept of “My city, my resort, my home,” seen to perfectly suit its inner city living amidst a natural tropical environment.

“Grand residences is a place to relax and reconnect with nature, an opportunity not to be missed,” he said.

Grand Land, Inc. is tasked to develop single detached houses, townhouses and condominiums around Visayas and Mindanao.
