HTC launches new product line
CEBU, Philippines - After the completion of its HTC One series launch, the global smartphone provider launches another set of its product line showcasing affordability without the compromise of quality.
During its roadshow launch in SM City Cebu last July 13, HTC introduced its next generation of premium-designed and reasonably-priced smartphones - the Desire Family comprising of the HTC Desire V and HTC Desire C.
HTC Philippines Marketing Communications Manager Francisco Torno III said that the company has designed two new models which are all at par with other brands in the market, providing them with a better experience in terms of its software, display and authentic sound.
He added that without compromising the quality and design of the phones, HTC has offered the cheapest price the company has released due to the demand for affordability from smartphone users.
Serving the high-income segment of tech-savvy individuals, he noted that the company is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction to have the edge in the fast-paced digital world.
“The digital industry is really fast when it comes to competition. What we can do is to keep satisfying our customers and let them enjoy HTC. They completely appreciate the capabilities of the phones,” he said.
HTC Desire C is an entry-level smartphone with Beats Audio and HTC Sense 4.0 integrated with Android (Ice Cream Sandwich).
HTC Desire V, on the other hand, is a dual-SIM smartphone intended for users who need to keep track of their work and personal matters using a single mobile device. It has a 4-inch screen, latest HTC Sense and Android 4.0.
The Desire family has an integration of Dropbox and 25 GB of free online space. Available in HTC concept stores and authorized retailers nationwide, HTC Desire V and HTC Desire C have suggested retail prices of P16 990 and P 10 990 respectively.
“The HTC Desire family offers customers excellent design, easy access to content and fast connectivity – making them the perfect lifestyle smartphone choice,” HTC Philippines Country Manager Richard Javier said.
He further said that the company aims to enter the Visayas market with a “bang” and would be more active in the areas of the region to reach out further to provinces. (FREEMAN)
