Prime Homes to launch 3rd project today

CEBU, Philippines - After initial successful entries in real estate developments, Prime Homes Development Corporation will be formally launching today, July 18, 2012 their third project in their line of classy but affordable living.

Virtacci, located in Lamac Consolacion, is a partnership project of PHDC with Gungob Industries Inc.

Harold See of PHDC shared that they are very excited with the new project because after the success of their initial project namely Henaville, they still see a big potential in the growth of customers in Cebu.

See explained that Gungob Industries have started on the project already and PHDC will be adding 29 units. All in all, Virtacci would have around 40 houses.

He said that Virtacci is a pocket subdivision since the area is not really that big. The Mediterranean-inspired subdivision is stretched in an 800 square meter property. See said that this is one of the subdivision’s features since residents can expect privacy and intimacy in the neighborhood.

PHDC is scheduled to start on the project on July 19 and is expected to turn over the first 10 houses by December this year. They also expect to finish the whole project by June 2013.   

Virtacci includes four kinds of houses including Grace, Faith and Joy which are 2-storey duplex units while Hope features the subdivision’s townhouse units.

See said that turned-over units already include kitchen counter with sink, complete bathroom fixtures, exterior and interior pain and vitrified ceramic tiles.

Virtacci offers its units at a starting price of only P1.7M until P2.6M.

Also, buyers who will pay on the re-launching will have an additional discount of P83,000 and all in all will have a spot cash discount of up to P214,400.
