Filinvest enjoys upbeat sales of One Oasis units

CEBU, Philippines - With the unit concept of condovision, sales of One Oasis as a brand of Filinvest Land Incorporated for residential condominiums in a subdivision ambience went up as two of its buildings are 100% complete and fully sold-out while another building is 50% sold to date.

FLI Associate Vice – President Area Sales Head for Visayas Boler Binamira Jr. said that such concept of residential condo communities suits well to the needs of city dwellers to have a relaxing home and garden ambience in an urban lifestyle, attracting more potential buyers.

To have 10 buildings in total, One Oasis Cebu is a 3.7-hectare commune located in the uptown district of Mabolo offering studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for its first three buildings, the five-storey Garden Suites 1 and 2 and the 10-story Fairways 1.

Garden Suites 1 is set to be turned over in June 2012 while the second building with 135 units, Garden Suites 2, has already been turned over to clients.

The 279-unit building named as Fairways 1, on the other hand, is substantially completed at 84.72% to date and to be turned over on the first quarter of 2013.

The fourth building, Garden Suites 3, is a five-story, studio-dominated building expected to be turned over in June 2013.

Binamira explained that the expected turn-over period is based on the target depletion rate, noting that 5-story buildings are depleted for one year while one and half years for 10-story buildings.

With 9-12% yield rate for rent-out apartments, he added that investing in a real estate property could help owners to save the cost of expenses while ensuring convenience of living in mid-rise residential buildings.

Meanwhile, as FLI conducted the groundbreaking of the 4,877 square-meter amenity area on May 12, Filinvest First Vice President Tristan Las Marias said that the architecture of One Oasis is a garden-resort inspired within an urban center, taking into priority the accessibility and proximity to workplaces and major lifestyle destinations.

Two-third of the entire development is allocated for amenities and open areas which will include a multipurpose clubhouse, al fresco dining, swimming pools, a basketball court, play areas, gazebos and a nature park, all set to be completed on the first quarter of next year.

Soon to have in Iloilo and Cagayan de Oro, One Oasis Cebu is part of Filinvest’s growing portfolio of oasis-themed projects in key cities, along with One Oasis Davao, One Oasis Ortigas, Asiana Oasis in Parañaque, Bali Oasis in Rizal, Capri Oasis and Sorrento Oasis in Pasig, and Maui Oasis in Sta.
