Aegis launches new recruitment hub in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines - Aegis, among the leading outsourcing services companies in the Philippines, has announced the launch of a new recruitment hub in Cebu, which points towards the company’s long-term expansion plans and continuing growth story in the region. The Cebu Recruitment Hub inauguration was led by Ms. Jocelyn Llanillo, AVP – Talent Acquisition, along with Mr. Rajesh Melwani, AVP- Strategic Growth and Cheryll Ann Dela Vega, VP - Operations, at the Aegis Tower in Cebu City’s Asiatown IT Park, along with other key company officials and employees.

Aegis takes immense pride in the infrastructure and the facilities at its Cebu Recruitment Hub, which has been designed to make its recruitment and hiring process completely seamless and deliver a positive experience for all applicants. The Hub offers facilities such as Internet kiosks and Wi-Fi zones for prospective employees to file online applications.

The Cebu Recruitment Hub’s spacious waiting lobby offers a spectacular view of the Asiatown IT Park, with cozy sofas, central air-conditioning and wide-screen televisions to ensure applicants have a pleasant experience while their applications are being processed. The Cebu Recruitment Hub is an end-to-end recruitment zone, complete with an HR front desk, test rooms, interview rooms as well as training rooms.
