CEBU, Philippines - Cebu’s location and dynamic growth have attracted a prime distributor of uPVC windows in the Philippines to open its showroom here to serve more of their customers from the Visayas and Mindanao region.
Portal East Inc. has formally opened its Visayas showroom displaying their top quality and affordable uPVC windows and doors. The company is an affiliate of Dalian Shide in China which is a multi-billion dollar global building materials company that exports to major countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
Ralph Tanco, Portal East Inc.’s Marketing Manager, shared that they are very excited with the new showroom especially being in Cebu due to its strategic location.
Also, Cebu has a great number of house owners who have already switched to the ‘next thing in line when it comes to sustainable living and has upgraded their lifestyle.’
Tanco said the company has established a significant number of clients in the city mostly from subdivisions like Maria Luisa in Banilad as well as in other establishments and hotels even in Boracay where they currently have five ongoing projects in 5-star hotels.
Tanco added that this is the first showroom in the region but there are plans to expand in Davao for Mindanao and in Tuguegarao for Luzon in the next two years, depending on how the Cebu showroom will fare.
But Tanco said that they are anticipating good results from Cebu. “We are confident that our portfolio of products and their sculptured designs will suit the unique taste of Cebuanos for their homes.”
The 50-square meter showroom has the company’s best quality uPVC windows and doors which according to Tanco is offered at very competitive and reasonable prices.
Tanco also assured good customer service from their sales representatives that can serve them 8am-5pm from Monday to Saturday.
