Global manufacturing firm eyes market niche in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines - Parexdavco Philippines Inc., a global company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of chemicals and materials for building and construction business, is determined to make its mark in Cebu.

Parexdavco, a fully owned subsidiary of ParexGroup, a French multi national company with headquarters in Paris recently joined the four-day Construction Show at SM in order to gain more market in Cebu, which is considered as a fast growing area in terms of construction.

“Construction is very massive here (Cebu). We see a lot of potential. We are promoting our products here aggressively,” said Gary Bugarin, the marketing manager of Parexdavco Philippines Inc.

The company, which has been in business for 30 years, has a wide range of product lines like technical mortars, water-proofing, tile adhesives and grouts.

ParexDavco Philippines was established in April 2008 in order to offer its Philippine customers a larger range of products and services.

Bugarin assured that their products are environment-friendly and underwent proper research before being introduced to the market.

Bugarin said that currently they have 52 manufacturing plants all over the world. Their plant in the Philippines is located in Pasig , Metro Manila and they are continually expanding.

He said that their company truly value innovation in all their products and that they are very confident of its quality and durability. (FREEMAN)
