Canon launches "Back-to-cool" promo

CEBU, Philippines - The world’s pioneer in custom imaging solutions, Canon Philippines, is giving away free designer eyewear for every purchase of Canon printers and Canon genuine inks in its “Back-to-cool promotion” until August 31, 2010.

The promotion, which kicks off today May 15, 2010, is Canon’s way of giving back to their patrons, especially the students, by “keeping them cool with the shades,” said Canon Cebu branch manager Joevi Luspo.

He said that for every purchase of a PIXMA iP2770 printer and two Canon genuine inks, the buyer gets a free Esprit or Calvin Klein eyewear worth P7, 000. Those who purchase other printer models such asiP3680, iP4760, iP100, MP568, MP 648 will only have to buy an additional genuine ink to be able to avail of the promotion.

To claim their free shades, the participants are required to submit certain requirements such as photocopy of the receipt or sales invoice of the printer purchased within the promotion period; actual ink box with Canon Marketing Philippines hologram sticker; and serial number printer box cutout of printer purchased.

Luspo said participants in Cebu may mail their requirements to Canon’s head office in Taguig, or submitted them to Cebu office located in The Gallery, Golam Drive , Mabolo, Cebu City.
