Amara posts 54% take up of lots

CEBU, Philippines - Real estate developer Cebu Holdings Inc., (CHI) announced yesterday that its latest residential project Amara continues to dominate the market, as it posted a 54 percent take up of lots, weeks after it launched tranche 2 of Amara North last month.

Amara, an Ayala Land Premiere community, broke sales record with the sale of 92 percent of lots within a week after it was first offered to the public in the year 2005. 

The fast take-up of lots has been replicated in the succeeding launch of phases. Thus, Amara has maintained its position as the leader in the local high-end residential market.
