Online selling seminar for realty brokers slated

CEBU, Philippines - The National Committee on Education and Information of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP-Cebu Chapter) and the Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation is set to conduct a seminar on basic internet selling slated on August 16 this year.

This is to develop a good pool of licensed brokers in Cebu that will effectively maximize the rich opportunity offered by online marketing for real estate products.

In a statement, Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation, a subsidiary of J. King and Sons Inc., the developer of Club Ultima Residences, and Crown Regency chain of hotels and condotel units around the country, the seminar will offer an 8-hour module.

This module will also benefit the brokers by earning corresponding credits on Continuing Education Program as requirement by the Department of Trade and Industry for the license renewal of certified real estate brokers.

The one-day seminar to be held at the Ruby Hall, 3rd Floor of Crown Regency Hotel and Towers, has commissioned Jomar Hilario, an Internet marketer, and consultant regarded as the “guru” by reputed Filipino entrepreneurs with online marketing ventures.

The seminar's course content includes a diverse discussion on the advantages of online marketing, targeting a niche market, the use of the brochure/flyer concept as a marketing tool, setting up of a website, building a client list, converting "leads" into clients, promoting inventories with maximum effect in forums and classified ads, advertising in real estate websites, increasing website visitors, locating forums in the Philippines and abroad, social networking and linking a domain name to other networks.
