Catering to the growing demand for ready-to-occupy houses, Aboitizland Inc, ushers in the availability of house and lot offerings of its newest residential project, the 14 hectare Kishanta.
Kishanta, the first residential project of AboitizLand in the southern part of Cebu, located atop the hills of Lagtang, Talisay City, was primarily developed as a lot-only offering for upper-middle range market.
Due to the rising demand for house and lot package, AboitizLand vice president for sales, marketing and customer service Pia Mantecon, said the project has allotted 100 units of the Kishanta Zen Residences enclave component to take advantage of the robust market.
Kishanta Zen Residences is a cluster of house-and-lot units occupying 1.6 hectare of the overall 14-hectare development.
By April of 2008, the company will showcase its complete three model houses, namely Ayya, Avasa, and Mezara houses.
Since the company is adopting the usual build-to-own strategy it will construct houses based on client’s certain percentage payment of the entire cost.
The unit’s cost depends on the model, which range from P2 million to P4 million.
There will be 63 flat units and 27 slope units within the development. Mantecon underscored the project’s attractive pricing as a factor that the company anticipates will create a bandwagon effect on the market.
At present, the company is bidding for the contractor to build the houses in the next few years. There are three contractors vying to get the Kishanta deal, the Undalok Construction, Convex Development Corporation, and BSB Construction.
The entire Kishanta project was introduced by AboitizLand last year, now it sold a total of 150 lots in less than a year. The project has a total of 284 lots available for sale.
AboitizLand reported that about 36 percent of its buyers’ profile is the international Filipino market, including the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and Balikbayans, while 46 percent is locally-based entrepreneurs.
For this ready-to-occupy houses package, Mantecon said the company is primarily targeting this to the dollar-earner market. She said most of them demand for this kind of product—ready for occupation.
The entire house models are single detached, in 150-sq.m. cuts,:” much more than the house-and-lot packages being offered in the market today.”
The Kishanta residential project is the latest offering of AboitizLand for the middle-high residential market.
