Cebuano-owned Rose Pharmacy is the second largest drug store chain in the country. It now has over 100 branches nationwide. It is expecting to hit its 200 branches in the next five years.
In the recent years, the company has started to diversify its business style, from purely offering pharmaceutical products, to establishing convenience store set-ups to meet the demand of the changing consumer preference.
Now, it ventured into partnership with healthcare providers, like KAINOShealth to expand market patronage.
On the other hand, KAINOShealth has been in the industry for three years, providing managed healthcare services to some of the biggest names in Cebu. Founded in 2001, and incorporated in 2002, KMI is a privately owned company with over 12,000 covered members to date.
The types of organizations that make up its client base include employee health benefit plans, self-insured corporations, workers' unions, small/mid-sized group, and family programs.
