Happy touts 4G wireless services

Happy Communications Inc. (HCI), the latest and only IT and communications company running on a 4G technological platform, has created a growing menu of better and more powerful wireless services for small, medium and large enterprises.

HCI chairman Ricardo Pascua, former Metro Pacific Corp. president and chief executive officer, said this breakthrough technology paved the way for cutting-edge product offerings such as unmatched wireless broadband packages for enterprises of various sizes, wireless local loop services and IP-PBX telephone service for multi-branch firms, hosted solutions for contact centers, medical transcription companies.

“Our menu of services is poised to expand even further as we have more in the pipeline to be rolled out next year,” Pascua said of 4G’s vast capabilities.

The term 4G is used broadly in pertaining to the latest, most advanced platform for wireless services with unsurpassed clarity and speed of “triple play” (voice, data, video).

Thus, Happy Wireless Broadband provides corporate subscribers with fast and easy Internet connection at break-neck speed but at more affordable rates.

Similarly, Happy Connect, the company’s wireless local loop service, gives corporate subscribers interconnectivity across Metro Manila, enabling them to communicate with their branches using VoIP-enabled devices such as laptops, PDAs, and WiFi-enabled phones.

On the other hand, the IP PBX service offers such features as voicemail, conference bridging, call queuing, call details records, auto-attendant, directory listing, interactive voice response, music on hold, call forward, caller ID, parking, support of Voice over Internet Protocols (VoIP), and support for various telephony protocols, among many others.

HCI emerged as an IT and communications firm in 2006 when it signed a partnership agreement with Teodoro N. Romasanta Inc. (TNR Telecoms), which has a legislative franchise to establish, maintain and operate radio stations for broadcasting, transmission and reception of wireless messages.

Since then, HCI has emerged as a next-generation communications company that now provides high-speed wireless broadband communication services at more affordable rates.

“Being the first to run on 4G technology, HCI enjoys the distinction of operating on a truly wireless platform and having unparalleled technical expertise in wireless communication, strategic business integration, operational solutions, and managed security services, all in the name of true mobility and uninterrupted connectivity,” said HCI chief marketing officer John Marvin Cruz.
