PT&T brings ‘Click & Call’ to Davao, Digos

Two new Philippine Telegraph & Telephone (PT&T) "Click & Call" centers were inaugurated recently in the cities of Davao and Digos.

This brings to 18 the number of Click and Call centers opened across the country by the "re-evolving" PT&T in last 16 months alone.

PT&T’s Click & Call centers are "e-stations" that offer next-generation technology and telecommunication services under one roof.

Aside from services like outgoing long-distance calls, fax grams and telegrams, Click & Call centers also offer a wide array of PC-based services like Web surfing, network gaming, online chat, PC rental and printing.

"We’ve experienced better than expected market demand for our Click & Call centers. And that’s why we have been opening new ones at the rate of more than one per month in the last 16 months alone," says Anna Marie Chan, Click & Call group product manager.

"That demand continues to grow and we’re doing our best to identify appropriate sites for more centers," Chan adds.

PT&T’s Click & Call centers also have an "e-Lounge" for Internet surfing, "e-WorkRooms" for work and study groups that require access to PCs and the Internet, "Xtreme Gameroom" for network gaming, "Video Chat Booths" where customers can conduct online video chats, meetings and conferences with family, friends or associates, and "Hyper Print and Copy Centers," compact business centers that offer high-speed professional printing, photocopying and bookbinding services.

The Click & Call Digos branch has 24 workstations. It is located at the second floor of DC Square Mall, while the new Davao City branch, with 23 workstations, is located at J.P. Rizal corner Mangoy streets.
