Convergys to hire 4,500 new agents in RP

MANILA, Philippines - Convergys Corp. has announced recently its plans to hire approximately 4,500 new agents between now and end of February for its 12 contact center facilities in the Philippines.

With 18,000 employees today, Convergys contact centers provide both general support and advanced technical help desk services to a variety of clients via traditional voice calling, e-mail, and Web chat as well as “back office” application and document processing.
