MANILA, Philippines - The Science Club Advisers Association of the Philippines (SCAAP) will conduct the National Children’s Science Congress on Feb. 13-15 at the Culture Center in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Its theme is “Nurturing Creative Minds.â€
The congress aims to provide the participants with effective medium in the development of science and technology concepts; promote their academic excellence in science through scientific research; and give recognition to the winners and researchers of science investigatory projects.
The different contest categories are Science Investigatory Project (SIP) in Life and Physical Sciences, Sci-Quiz, Sci-Art, Sci-Journalism Odyssey of the Mind, Sci-Jingle, and Robotics Action Research for teachers, among others.
