IPO-bound DM Wenceslao starts works on Aseana 3

MANILA, Philippines - The development of Aseana 3, the latest project of real estate developer D.M. Wenceslao and Associates Inc. (DMWAI), is well underway following the recent pile driving and groundbreaking activities held in the area. Its ceremonial topping-off is slated on the third quarter of 2016.

Aseana 3 is the third office project inside Aseana City. It is specifically designed to cater to business process outsourcing (BPO) locators and will be located right across the future Ayala Mall inside Aseana.

“We are pushing this project forward, as we believe that Aseana 3 is the next big development in the metro. It will be part of the overall vision for Aseana City. Aseana City is being masterplanned to be a next generation city and one of the major foundations of this vision to create a complete community which will provide all uses for all lifestyles.” said DMWAI CEO Buds Wenceslao.

Aseana 3 is strategically located at the corner of President Diosdado Macapagal Blvd. and Aseana Ave. in Parañaque City.

The project’s location also places it within easy access to transportation, as two projects—the extension connecting the South Luzon Expressway to the NAIA and the planned extension of the LRT Line 1 to Bacoor, Cavite—are bound to further heighten the value of the property as a business, residential, and lifestyle hub.

This development is among the many business moves of the company this year. By end-2015, DMWAI also hopes to accomplish its initial public offering (IPO), owing to its growth over the years from past projects, which include the development of various office buildings, commercial spaces, bridges, and road works.

“All these efforts form part of our commitment to provide high quality service and products to the local and global community we are building within Aseana City. Through our expertise in real estate development and management, we are aiming to offer people better options in the built environment,” Wenceslao added.
