New homeowners find a Stellar Place to live in

MANILA, Philippines - For young couple Love and Jerome dela Cruz, and retirees Esmundo Datoc and Beatriz Tecson, living in a relaxed, resort-like environment can be experienced even in the midst of the urban jungle.

As among the first homeowners to move into Stellar Place, they are looking forward to enjoy the amenities and convenience offered by the residential condominium community developed by DMCI Homes along Visayas Ave., Quezon City.

“Unlike the condos of other developers, the condos of DMCI Homes do not look like a typical building.  Instead, they look like a resort and the atmosphere is homey. The facilities also look like those in hotels,” said Jerome.  

Stellar Place is also is accessible to commercial areas and major thoroughfares. Malls just minutes away are TriNoma, SM North EDSA and Araneta Center. Nearby schools are UP Diliman, Ateneo de Manila University, Philippine Science High School and New Era University. Hospitals, parks and government offices are also nearby. 

For Datoc, his studio unit also at Magna’s mezzanine will give him independence because he will be living there whenever he is in the Philippines.

“Stellar Place is my second home because I live in Australia,” the 77-year-old retiree said. “I live more in the Philippines now than in Australia. When I first started staying here on a longer basis, I used to stay with my sister. But I also like to be independent so I rented a condo unit in Project 6. With the new unit, I intend to come and stay here now.”

Tecson, another retiree who bought a unit at the 7th floor of Magna, said DMCI Homes’ reputation as a solid developer encouraged her to acquire the unit.

She said she will spend time relaxing at Stellar Place with his five grandchildren.
